Needzwash Laundry Refund Policy

At Needzwash, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality laundry services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a straightforward and fair refund policy to address your concerns.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Damage to Clothing:If any item is damaged during the cleaning process, Needzwash will refund the cost of the damaged (as per depreciation) or five time the services charge of particular item or offer a credit for service 10 times of future services.
  • Missing Items: In the event of lost items, Needzwash will reimburse the customer for the lost item’s value based on its depreciated value.
  • Poor Quality Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, we will either re-clean the items at no additional cost or provide a refund for the affected items.

2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your laundered items by calling our customer service at +919599055328 or emailing us at [email protected]
  • Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (in the case of damage or poor quality).
  • Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you prefer, we can also issue a credit to your Needzwash account for future services.
  • Communication: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • Items Not Collected: Orders not collected within 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Personal Preferences: Refunds will not be granted for issues related to personal preferences such as scent or folding style.
  • Unauthorized Claims: Claims made after the 48-hour notification period may not be eligible for a refund.
